User Agreement

This Agreement (Offer) is a public offer. Full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer's terms is considered to be the Client's payment for Services, including the purchase of In-Game Currency (Blood Coins), or the actual use of the Service.

The Offer is concluded in electronic form and has legal force equivalent to a written document. Acceptance of the Offer confirms the Client's full consent to all its terms.

1. Terms and Definitions

Provider/Contractor — The Administration of the «Blood Rust» project, which provides the Services.

Client/User — A legally competent individual, 18 years of age or older, or a legal entity that has accepted the Offer.

Service — The website at bloodrust.com, providing access to the Provider's information and Services.

In-Game Currency (Blood Coins) — An intangible conditional unit, the right to use which is acquired by the Client for a fee and can be exchanged for Additional Functionality and bonuses on the «Blood Rust» servers. In-Game Currency is not monetary funds and is not subject to exchange for real money, except for cases stipulated in Section 6.

Services/Additional Functionality (Donation/Donat) — The right to use additional features, items, or bonuses on the «Blood Rust» project servers, acquired by the Client for In-Game Currency.

Project Rules — Mandatory rules of conduct and use of the «Blood Rust» project servers, published at bloodrust.com/help/rules.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. The Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive right to use the In-Game Currency (Blood Coins), which can be exchanged for Additional Functionality (Donation/Donat) on the «Blood Rust» servers. The description, cost, and terms are published at bloodrust.com/store.

2.2. The Client undertakes to pay for the acquisition of In-Game Currency at the prices effective at the time of the Order, and to use it in accordance with the terms of the Offer.

3. Procedure for Rendering Services

3.1. The Client pays for the Order through the Service. The service for transferring the right to use In-Game Currency is considered rendered at the moment the Blood Coins are credited to the Client's account.

3.2. The exchange of In-Game Currency for Additional Functionality (Donation/Donat) is the Client's realization of the already paid right of use. The service is considered finally realized (items activated) from the moment the Blood Coins are debited from the Client's account.

3.3. In case of incomplete or untimely payment, the Provider has the right to suspend the rendering of Services (crediting Blood Coins) until full payment is made.

4. Cost and Payment Procedure

4.1. Current prices for In-Game Currency are indicated in the Service and may be unilaterally changed by the Provider. Changes do not affect the cost of already purchased In-Game Currency.

4.2. Payment is made through available payment systems. The Client is solely responsible for the correct choice of the payment method.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Provider undertakes to:

  • 5.1. Properly render the Services (credit Blood Coins and activate the Donation/Donat).
  • 5.2. Keep the information about the Services and the prices for In-Game Currency up to date.

The Provider has the right to:

  • 5.3. Change the Offer, Project Rules, and prices by publishing a new version.
  • 5.4. Suspend the Services (block the Blood Coins account) and/or block the Client's access to the servers if the payment terms or Project Rules are violated.

The Client undertakes to:

  • 5.5. Pay for the In-Game Currency fully and timely.
  • 5.6. Read the Offer and Project Rules before their acceptance and monitor their changes.
  • 5.7. Not disrupt the operation of the Service and comply with the Project Rules.

6. Acceptance of Services and Refunds

6.1. The service for providing the right to use In-Game Currency is considered rendered from the moment it is credited to the Client's account. The service for providing Additional Functionality is considered rendered from the moment it is activated.

6.2. Requests for refunds are accepted exclusively in relation to specific payments and only on the condition that all In-Game Currency (Blood Coins) acquired as a result of such a payment remains unused (even partially), or in the case of improper crediting. Requests must be sent to help@bloodrust.com within 1 business day from the date of payment.

6.3. In-Game Currency is not exchanged for real monetary funds. Refunds for already used (exchanged for Donation/Donat) In-Game Currency are not carried out, as the service is considered fully realized.

6.4. Refunds are not carried out if the Client has been banned on the «Blood Rust» project servers for violating the Project Rules or received an anti-cheat block (EAC, etc.). In this case, unused In-Game Currency on the blocked account is annulled without compensation.

6.5. Refunds are made to the same account and in the same currency from which the payment was made, should the Provider make a positive decision on the Client's request.

7. Liability and Guarantees

7.1. The parties are responsible for non-fulfillment of obligations in accordance with the legislation.

7.2. The Provider is not responsible for technical problems, failures in the operation of the Internet network, communication networks, or for the actions of third parties (payment systems, hosting providers).

8. Force Majeure

8.1. The parties are exempt from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations if it was a consequence of insurmountable circumstances (force majeure).

9. Dispute Resolution Procedure

9.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations and written claims.

9.2. If an agreement is not reached, disputes are subject to consideration in the court at the Provider's location.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. The Offer enters into force from the moment of its publication and remains valid until its revocation or the publication of a new version.

10.2. By accepting the Offer, the Client confirms that they are 18 years of age or older and have read the Project Rules.

10.3. The Provider has the right to update the Offer at any time by publishing a new version in the Service.
